Service Description
A structured strength boot camp, with at most 6 people per session, to help increase one's overall fitness and strength under the eye of a personal trainer. Functional movement patterns will be done to help enhance daily life, as well as increase strength and stability. Lift & Vibe is a 12-week program, meeting as a group 2x/week. One-time payment will cover all 3 months, and we will need at least 2 sign ups to run the bootcamp (refunds will occur if there are not at least 2 sign ups 3 days prior to the start of bootcamp). Progress will be tracked via an app to put in weight used, and sets and reps completed per exercise. Exercises will remain relatively the same for 3 months in order to improve on form and practice progressive overload, but some may be switched out. You are your own competition, reaching your own goals, but surrounded by those who are similar-minded and will provide each other with support, motivation, and discipline. There will be an online group formed for all participants as well so you can stay in touch and form better friendships, motivate each other, and share thoughts. The goal is to have a supportive, kick-ass group and community!
Cancellation Policy
All boot camp sessions are paid in full, resulting in a total of $495 for all 12 weeks ($20.63 per session). Unused sessions cannot, and will not, be refunded. This is a 12 week (24 session) commitment for all participating clients. There will be no additional charge (or late cancel/no-show fee) if you need to cancel your booking or miss a session - you will unfortunately just lose the session. That being said, you will still have the workout in the app, so you can complete it at home if you have the necessary equipment!
