Service Description

For clients who are committed to meeting with their coach, but don't need as much time. These sessions last up to 30min long, but the whole 30min doesn't have to be utilized. Unused minutes are not refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment-based bookings must be scheduled with your coach, they cannot be booked by you on our site. Please fill out necessary forms sent to you prior to your appointment, or your appointment will be rescheduled. Cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 5 hours prior to the start of your appointment time. Late cancels and no-shows will be charged $10 for all (up to) 30 minute appointment-based bookings.
