About the event
Come join us for a Mat Pilates & Zumba collab class! Our current IN PERSON members with a pricing plan have FREE admission, non-members must purchase a ticket.
45 min of Pilates, 45 min of Zumba. Dark lights, spooky apparel (halloween colours or costumes), glow sticks, snacks.
Please bring a yoga mat, sneakers to dance in, water bottle, optional towel in case you get sweaty.
Theme: halloween costume; OR wear black, orange, green, and/or purple; OR wear a festive graphic tee.
Glow sticks will be provided!
