Service Description
This free consultation is for those interested in personal training, SSR coaching, and nutrition coaching (coming 2025). This will allow the client and coach to determine whether they are a good fit for each other by going through an assessment process, health questionnaire, liability waiver, and overall lifestyle discussion.
Cancellation Policy
Booking opens 1 week before an appointment is available, and closes 24 hours prior to an available appointment in order to prevent last-minute bookings. Please fill out necessary forms sent to you prior to your appointment, or your appointment will be rescheduled. Although the consultation is free, there is a late cancel and no-show policy and fee, which our paid services also have. Cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 5 hours prior to the start of your appointment time. Late cancels and/or no-shows for the free consultation will be charged $10.
